Payment and shipping
Thefollowing conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany ( ) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except overseas territories), Estonia, Finland, France (except overseas territories), Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except overseas territories), Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Cyprus, Martinique, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Saint Martin, Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands.
Switzerland: unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer direct shipping to Switzerland. We recommend the service of www.meinEinkauf.ch for shipping to Switzerland.
Shipping costs(including legal value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 9.95 € per order.
From an order value of 125,00 € we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
All countries of the EU 9,95 €
From an order value of 125€ we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, with foreign supplies within 2 - 7 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
