Ordering

How can I order?

Ordering from Cotopaxi is super easy:

1. fill your shopping cart

Choose your desired items and put them in the appropriate size or color in your shopping cart without obligation. At the top right of the store you always have an overview of how many items you already have in your shopping cart and what their total value is. If you click on the shopping cart icon, you will get to your personal shopping cart, which you can edit there.

2. checkout

You don't want to add any more items to your shopping cart? Then you can start with the checkout.

For an overview of all payment options click on "Proceed to checkout". In this case please continue at point 3.

For payment with PayPal you can click on "Check out with Paypal" in the shopping cart and start the payment process via PayPal. Our store will automatically redirect you to the PayPal login. After the payment you will get back to the store.

Step 1: Personal data

In the next step you enter your billing address. If the delivery address is different, you can also enter it here. If everything is correct, click on the "Continue to step 2" button.

Step 2: Payment method

We offer the following payment methods:

For orders from Germany:

PayPal / credit cards / Sofortüberweisung / Giropay / Shopify Shop Pay.

For orders from all other countries of the EU:

PayPal / credit cards / Sofortüberweisung / Giropay / Shopify Shop Pay / Bancontact / ideal.

5. step 3: order overview

In the next step you will get a detailed overview of your order. Press the button "Order now with costs" to send your order bindingly to us.

6th delivery

As far as there is no other time limit for the individual articles, the delivery of the goods will take place within 2-4 working days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 2-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, as far as we have not made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Can I also order by phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone. But you can order easily and quickly via our online store.

Do I need to create a customer account to shop?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop online with us.
However, we do offer you the option to create an account so that you can keep track of the orders you have placed and so that you do not have to re-enter your address information for each order.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value at Cotopaxi. However, you will receive your order free of shipping costs from an order value of only 125 €.

Is there a maximum order value?

Basically, we do not have a maximum limit for orders. The maximum amount that can be ordered depends on the selected payment provider.

Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

We can not guarantee this, because an order is prepared for shipment directly after a short processing. For a cancellation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

After receiving a shipping confirmation, a cancellation of your order is unfortunately no longer possible.

Can I still change my delivery address for an already confirmed order?

A change of your delivery address after sending your order can no longer be guaranteed by us. Immediately after receiving your order, your order will be shipped.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to change your shipping address.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation, a change of the delivery address is unfortunately no longer possible.

What happens after I complete my order?

As soon as you have clicked on the "Buy now" button in the checkout area, your order is bindingly completed. Shortly thereafter, you will also receive an order confirmation to your specified e-mail address. At the same time your order is received by us and will be processed and released for shipment as soon as possible.

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?

After successful completion of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the order confirmation you will find an overview with all the details of your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

When and how will I receive my invoice?

You will receive an invoice by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I get the invoice in the name of my company?

During the checkout process, you have the option to customize your billing address independently of the shipping address.

How is VAT accounted for?

The VAT will be shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

Will I receive a confirmation of the receipt of payment?

If you pay by invoice, instant bank transfer or credit card), you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your payment has been received.
If you pay by PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal that we have received your payment.

How can I pay with the credit card?

We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For payment with your credit card you need your credit card number, as well as the end of card validity and the verification number (CVC) of your credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged for the total amount of your order until it is shipped.

Why was the credit card payment rejected?

First of all, make sure that you have entered the 3-digit CVC number, the expiration date of your credit card and your card number correctly.

It is also possible that the credit card issuer rejects your payment. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any further information about this. In this case, please contact your bank directly.

Voucher

How do I redeem my voucher?

At the bottom of your shopping cart you will find a text field for your coupon code. After entering the code you only have to click on "Apply voucher". The value of your voucher will now be automatically deducted from your order.

Can I offset my voucher against an existing order at a later date?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

My coupon code does not work, what could be the reason?

If your voucher code does not work, please check it again for upper and lower case or contact our customer service.

Can I also have a voucher paid out in cash?

As a rule, vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.

Which shipping service providers will be used to deliver my package?

We ship all orders with our shipping partner DHL.

Can I also have my order delivered to a DHL parcel station?

The delivery to a DHL packing station is possible. To do this, enter the address details of the desired DHL Packstation in the ordering process.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will also find the DHL tracking number, with which you can send your shipment here you can track your shipment here.

Can I change my delivery address for an already confirmed order afterwards?

A change of your shipping address, after submitting your order, can no longer be guaranteed by us. Immediately after receipt of your order, your order will be shipped.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to change your shipping address .
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, a change of shipping address is unfortunately no longer possible.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Your order will be shipped safely and well packed. However, if you should receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service.

How do I send a return?

Send your return in a box suitable for shipping. We recommend that you use the same shipping material that we sent you your order in.
Please do not forget to include your completed returns form with your return.

Is a direct exchange possible for returned items?

Unfortunately this is not possible. If you want another item or another color or size of your returned item, we ask you to order again.

What do I do if my item was damaged in shipping?

How long does it usually take for my return to be credited to me?

Your return will be credited as soon as it has been delivered to us and checked by us.

How do I get my money back?

The credit will always be issued in the way you have specified as payment method.
If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
If you pay by PayPal, the credit will be issued to your PayPal account.
If you pay by invoice: Simply reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned item (incl. VAT) and transfer the remaining amount to the specified account.
If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, we will refund the corresponding amount of the returned item to your account.

Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?

Since all returns are processed immediately, we do not require confirmation and take care of the refund immediately.

Where can I drop off my return package?

Since you bear the costs for the return yourself, the choice of a shipping company is up to you. For your own safety and control, we recommend insured shipping with tracking number.

What is the newsletter and what advantages does it give me?

Our newsletter informs you regularly about current promotions in our online store. If you sign up for our free newsletter, you will receive a 10% discount on your first order and exclusive information about:

- Vouchers and promotions

- SALE offers

Where can I sign up for the newsletter?

You can register simply and easily via the pop-up window or via the registration function in the footer.

After you click on the “Send” button, you will receive an email with a confirmation link to be on the safe side. After clicking on the link, your registration is successfully completed.

Why don't I receive the newsletter even though I have subscribed?

Please check whether our newsletter ended up in your email spam folder by mistake. If not, we would like to ask you to register again here.

How often do I receive the newsletter?

You will be kept up to date with current promotions, sales, new collections and other news about Cotopaxi in the form of an e-mail newsletter a maximum of 4 times a week.
We attach great importance to an interesting and informative newsletter and therefore deliberately refrain from sending out newsletters in bulk.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Inform our customer service in a short e-mail that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter. We will remove you from our mailing list as soon as possible and you will no longer receive our newsletter.
